Conformat exploits the potential of AI to intensify the protection of cleanrooms and, more generally, of protected environments.
The behaviour of cleanroom staff is vital to ensure not only product quality but also the safety of all. Conformat therefore offers a complete intelligent mirror solution based on AI to determine the conformity of the operator's clothing before entering the cleanroom.
KaliSafe® is a coach that enables you to:- Train each member of staff in dressing techniques
- Check that dressing techniques last over time
Equipped with cameras and artificial intelligence, this intelligent mirror is installed in the airlocks of cleanrooms. Each operator preparing to enter a sensitive environment can then check that his or her clothing and equipment are correctly positioned, to avoid any risk of contamination for the operation to be carried out.
The design of this powerful, flexible tool was made possible by Azure Custon Vision. Its innovative nature subsequently led to a partnership with Microsoft and the installation of a prototype at the MTC in Issy-Les-Moulineaux.
