A FogCleaner is a machine for air disinfection of surfaces (ADS). It is ideal for decontaminating at-risk equipment such as clean rooms, chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories or even pet shops.

How does a FogCleaner work?

The FogCleaner belongs to the equipment for air disinfection of surfaces (ADS). It clears the surfaces of particles and the toxic or harmful elements by misting. In other words, it destroys or neutralises them by spray fine particles of cleaning products, generally biocides. The machine thus converts them into mist and spreads them through the entire room. The mist settles on surfaces and removes contaminants.

The equipment can be used in direct diffusion, i.e. simply place it in the room to be treated and it will do its job and you remove it again when it’s finished, or with remote diffusion, i.e. it is not necessary for the operator to install the machine in the room; simply equip the room with an orifice to diffuse the product from the outside.

CONFORMAT is a company that specialises in the supply and distribution of equipment, products and consumables for industrial cleaning. We offer two high-performance models of FogCleaner : the FogCleaner® CLASSIC and the FogCleaner® Premium. They both operate with the biocide EcoBio EBT100 FC and can be used both for direct diffusion and for remote diffusion. The CLASSIC model can support a surface of 5 to 300m2 with an average flow rate of 73 ml/min, while the PREMIUM model can process a surface of up to 400 m2 with an average flow rate of 26 g/min.
